Shasha There are so many homeless like what you described here. Some of them sniff glue which is gross. I guess the police are already tired to handle this situation. Nobody seems to care about homeless anymore.

Shasha Sadly they seem not to have local homeless shelters in this country. He left before somebody ever called a police.
