putchiandina of course i care about my heart. iam not a smoker, and i always keep away from smoker. i dont like the smell and the effect of cigarette. i usually do exercises and also jogging.

putchiandina i rarely cook by myself. my mother always does it for me and my family. but she told me that she really love it when my family and i eat the dishes and we like the taste. she said that was so exciting thing.
