Do you do this? If you don't, what is your reason?I do it all the time but I guess someone I know is adamant that it not be done when using their dryer. I don't know why not...? Any thoughts? I've done a little searching online...

I have always used liquid, but my new dishwasher is being a stinker and I don't know that it likes the liquid much?!? There was white powdery stuff all over my dishes this morning that I *think* was dried foam...I tried rinsing...
