my all time favorite! i just really love anything with spicyness and sourness in it! i love chili sauce, powder, sour candy and many more! they are simply the best!!! green mango shake mmmmhhhh.

rachellecu I don't eat a lot since I'm really dieting. I watch my food intake and try my best to have at least less than 1000 calories a day. thank you for the info. :)

rachellecu Yes i believe that hot water can help in digesting food faster. I drink tea when eating at restaurants because it really makes my stomach feel light. thanks for the info by the way. :)
