rainbowinthesky thanks venkimba, I am planning to go slowly on my program, I started exerting myself and that has caused this weakness. I have been having sedentary lifestyle from last years and havent been exercising at all and I think I just started with too much of it...

rainbowinthesky Thanks onlywan, I will continue to do the exercise but will reduce the duration, I have heard lack of exercise cause sagging skin..I dont want loose skin after losing fat...yes fatty food a big NO. I guess I have to start taking stairs.

rainbowinthesky Thanks Bingster, I have reduced it to 15mins now from earlier 30mints..but I still feel weak, got cold and flu. I am resting now...

rainbowinthesky yea...thats what I wanted to know..how much is too much....I have just been doing moderate exercise for 30mints and 30mins brisk walk everyday...I dont think thats too much...I have now reduced it to 15mins walk and light exercises...
