Teresa Trotter @Rajo14 - It is because they did not realize they won. I highly doubt anyone would deliberately not want to cash in a winner. Most folks just get in a hurry, and do not pay attention.

Teresa Trotter @Rajo14 - Because I can't get to the money in time. The person would receive the money, send to themselves. But in the meantime, send me the money so I can get it now, instead of a few days when it will be too late. Bottom line...it is too late to send it...

kiran mehra @Rajo14 in that case I'd not be able to help. How can I help when I, myself is not in a position to even have sufficient funds for me. It may sound selfish but we have to be practical while making such decisions!! :)
