As soon as finishing my HSC examination i went in search of college. Lot of confusions about which course to select and which college to join. Roaming here and there, making phone calls, asking suggestions from others, etc etc....

Okay people I have been doing more exercise in an effort to get myself in shape, but I have noticed that I have been a lot sleepier lately, sometimes sleeping more than 12 hours in a day. It's been seriously hot lately as well...

rakeshmagaji Probabily your energy level goes down when you become old. My best suggestion is to have a walk on early monring for nearly an hour. I balance my body weight by maintaining proper diet and a walk in the early morning.
