raqbelluk Thank you . It is interesting to know that the breathing exercises are accumalative , previously I have tried to do this but by the evevning my blood pressure shoots up again . This time I will attempt a longer slower run at it .

raqbelluk Well , I've only tried counting up to 10 before , and , to be honest , I didn't really put my heart into it , however today I have made a pledge to myself that in future I will try very hard to get to 30 !!!!!!!
