reachganeshv what you are telling is absolutely correct. it is very difficult to resist the thoughts. one of the best way is whether it is good or bad, allow it to go. so that you can avoid holding in your mind.

reachganeshv According to my knowledge they will check the hardness of the ball. it will be useful while serving. For the long serve may be they go for hard ball or vice versa. that may be the reason.
