reeseyj Its in the first chapters. First he says its not about you, then he says its all about you. My sister has the book and she also found it contradictory. So I cant remember exactly what it said. sorry.

reeseyj The point is they made that law pertaining to low income people because they are the ones that would not be able to pay the fine and it does not really affect anyone else, they can afford it.

reeseyj Its not the information I give you its the information in the paper. It said that alot of kids died. The schools were not built correctly or to old. I did not say it was just schools but thanks for posting.

reeseyj I also think the population should be controlled but having 1 child per family is not good and fineing poor people is also stupid.The law should also apply to everyone. They need to come up with something better than that.
