I have seen both kinds of people .One who is not at office but works efficiently and takes good benefits and bonus, but rest are all really hard working and overtime but fail to get a recognition why is it so?

rexythesexy You mean 20 percent do the 80 percent work and 80 percent do only 20 percent work..Yes leaders take credits for most of the things and blames subordinates for failures..Anyway thanks for response.
