I have seen both kinds of people .One who is not at office but works efficiently and takes good benefits and bonus, but rest are all really hard working and overtime but fail to get a recognition why is it so?

smartx I am a sort of lazy guy , so I tend to be a smart worker as am not that hard worker.You need to know who all are the decision makers just try to convince and be good with them your life is settled . Lol

Jill22 Both! I am hard working! When my supervisor would say that do 1 hour overtime, I would do that. But I am also smart cause I always have ways to make extra money. It could be through internet or personal.
