rgoodwin13 Coldone make an ice compression wrap for the ankle/foot. The wrap will stop pain and swelling while the injury heals; however, rest and elevation will also speed the healing. You can see the wrap at http://www.coldoneinc.com/ankle_wrap.html Good Luck
