As in my last post I talked about getting a new life and I would replace TV shows with more books, but I don't know which books should I read. Can anyone here suggest me a good book plese?

Nawsheen I do forget about things that I read or learnt. I have forgotten many of the theories that i learnt at school. Anyway thanks for sharing. Interesting article

Sanjeev Yes these are good changes . I would say get social . Meet people and make as many friends to talk to. May be they help.

shravya You are right. Facebook is the root cause of all the problems. We just keep scrolling the newsfeed and waste all our time and feel guilty about it later. It's of no use.
