beach, dock or boat?

which do you prefer? fishing from the shore? going out onto a dock/jettie? or do you like just packing into your boat, and going out on the water?

on nov 25,06 me and my sister and a boy and his father went on a guided hunt from Jakes horses in bigsky Montana near the taylor fork.The first day we met the guides at 5:00 am fallowed them to base camp where the horses are...
