robynlisa I'm not sure of her last name. Not the one from Jamaica, but the other one. She made the bbq lettuce wraps. I think she has a nice clean flavor profile on all of her dishes.

robynlisa 1/2 c butter 1 c flour 4 c chicken broth 1 1/2 c milk 16 oz cheese whiz 6 oz beer 1 tbsp worchestire sauce melt butter and mix with flour. add broth and milk. stir until smooth and thick. add beer and worchestire and cheese whiz. Simmer for 10 min....
