rochelV Shampoo first, rinse, then apply my favorite conditioner. Then soap my body while conditioner stays in my hair. Then rinse from head to toe :)

rochelV I don't go to dentist for a regular check-up either :( Only when i pain reliever medicines don't work anymore to cure the pain.. which is bad because i always end up losing my tooth. "Too late to save it" ouch!
