rockroy Thank you. Yes, she do need gain some. I always tell her to eat more bread, rice and pasta, but she cannot eat more main food currently. It is a rough way step by step.

rockroy Thank you. She already had a regular physical examination and she is very health. In the summer, it is normal for people losing weight.

rockroy Yes, I know how to create a blog. I think wordpress.com or blogspot.com maybe a good choice for beginning. What I concern is how to get some traffic. It is the point. Most time, no traffic means no money.
