President Noynoy gave an amnesty to the soldiers who rebeled against the Arroyo government. But this decision did not went to DOJ/IIRC. In your opinion, do you back the president for his decision?

ronharold I hope that my bosses had the my power to grant me increase. Because, based on discusion I had with them, another department is assigned for salary increase of an employee.

ronharold I have a very good relationship with my current boss but I'm not yet familiar to the boss of the depatment that I'm transfering. Hope I can also have a good relationship to the people in that deartment.

ronharold Thanks for the advice. My boss is not the one who will justify my increase but the HR department. Hope I can pull it through and get what I deserve.

ronharold I also really wanted to have this implemented. But I think, the administrators are taking time to review our post so that's why updating our payments were taking that long.

ronharold Good idea with the mobile application. Even if your not going to use it, still many will benefit from it. Especially I, who seldom get online because of work.

ronharold Yes. Most players gain friends from online gaming. When I was in college, I remeber my classmates had a guild in PW and they used to see each other in person and later on became friends.
