rowzhie Thanks for the response! I have a couple of friends who have the same success story as well. I wish to lose weight like them! I'd probably try breakfast first, then I would lessen food taken during lunch and dinner.. ^_^

rowzhie hmmm.. six small meals.. i don't think that would work for me coz i might get tempted =) haha! a change of lifestyle is really vital. right now, i seldom go to the gym because i'm always swamped with work. I really need to have work+life balance.

rowzhie I think you're right. While in the process of losing weight, i might give up easily because I might get tired of eating the same food for all three meals.
