rsfmkta I don't know about mega return, but can help you to transfer money from paypal to liberty. You just go to liberty website. There you can find many exchangers. Select one exchanger and transfer money. I never convert money but seen to convert. So best of luck....

rsfmkta I think paypal will repair this problem. In the other hand you can use premium paypal account. That will not hamper but will charge a little. If you don't want to use paypal there are many site like paypal. These are alertpay, liberty, money bookers, etc....
