saajan2022 OK i exercise daily coz i walk to my college which takes about 45 minutes and again return home taking a bit longer time and then i Go to walk in the ecening with my friends for about half an hour so i think my exercise is done walking.

saajan2022 I can hardly stay alone without talking ta any one.its not possible for me to not to talk to anybody.till a day. coz i can hardly stay for 4 hours not talking to anyone.
