sagemclauren Well he should just save it and keep earning. He cannot withdraw it anyways bec. paypal requires a minimum withdrawal amount of $10.

I came across an article in a paid to click site - traffic exchange section. It says there that paypal had been closed or somewhat bought. Have you come across this article? How true is this?

sagemclauren Definitely not true. Paypal would never be closed. They are considered as the number 1 Payment Processing Online. I guess, like other mylotters have commented, it must be the admin on that PTC site had disabled the payment method using Paypal.

sagemclauren Hi Kail, we have the same problem before. My paypal account was used to be limited because someone unauthorized tried to access it. I've been sending emails, valid docs (ID, drivers license, utility bill) to paypal but I haven't heard any responses from them...
