sandaikite256 I already have like 3 items to save up my money :D. One is like a glass jar, metal box and three metal pipe rods, where you put specific coins in it! Also if I make those pringle cans into money saving cans I would really have a lot of money saved! :D

Recently I was training to lose some weight because I'm out of shape so I decided to train, but 2 weeks have passed and I didn't lose so much. Is there any special or effective exercises?
