sandal13 thanx for reponding well i have also heard of it and seen few of friends who count calories but tell me how would i knwo how much calorie my body needs daily is there any fixed number ? or should i consult a dietician for the same?

sandal13 ahaan thanx for the post actually you r right if you got this diet plan from a cardiologist! i will get rid of whites,,,,, although i have stopped the intake of whote sugar but i love rice so i am trying harder to stay away from it. i hope it works ! n yes...
