SandeeE yes that would be very nice to hope that people would BUT truthfully it's not really ever going to happen. Addicts legal or not will find a way to get what they want when they want it at any cost.

SandeeE I know more people that are addicted to drinking then I do people like that can have a beer on a Sunday for Football games at home & yet not drink at all in between.
