Vegetables in India have different food value. Spinach has a lot of vitamins. Bittergourd are very good for people with diabetes. I dont think any supplement in the form of tablets can reproduce the food value of the vegetable....

Ptrikha_2 @sathviksouvik Yes, if one negotiates early pace, Aussie pitches are better as there is almost no swing there. The Sydney track is a bit helpful for the spinners as well.
