hi, the foods we eat are supposed to sustain us but with these food groups vegetarian,non vegetarian and vegan which is the best and why?

scorpius going veg is actually good but we all require a certain amt of body fat as wel as animal proteins.so all the vegiies out there supplemnt thier diet by the vitamin pills and all that .thats great.i eat meat esp of recently fish thrice in a week or so.
