Do we have to boil milk???

milk is a health drink. we cant take the milk "raw", because it may contain bacteria. and at the same time, if boiled, the essential nutrients get lost. so, how to get all the goodness of milk.??

sesha1240 i'm not opposing you. even i boil milk before consuming, but the essential nutrients in it lost[ except calcium]. have you read my scrap clearly. i was asking which is the best means to attain the goodness of milk, without bacterial impact

when ever i go for shopping i buy lots of `choclates and chewing gum. i eat lots of choclates and then have a chewing gum preferably mint & icy flavour to keep tooth decay at bay

sesha1240 egg is not highly rich in proteins.( an egg== 5-6 gms of protein) however if u boil egg for a long time ,its hard to digest that. if you are taking egg just because of protein in it then i would suggest u to eat chicken,fish , milk and its products....

sesha1240 you better prefer olive oil or flax seed oil they are good for heath( but take in less quantity) these oils are best than all other oils(sunflower,groud nut..etc)
