i think its better to prefer the former, becuse, the fat is removedand its free from bacteria!!

milk is a health drink. we cant take the milk "raw", because it may contain bacteria. and at the same time, if boiled, the essential nutrients get lost. so, how to get all the goodness of milk.??

i'm still confused whether egg is vegetarian or non vegetarian. there are people who strictly avoid it ,saying that "its a living thing ".But some vegetarians consume egg by saying that it is not a non-vegetarian. Anyone here...

the 4th volume "the goblet of fire" was not able to impress audiences. the movie was cut short. so, do u think the 5thb volume wil be the same too..??
