share_my_words well, I really dn't think reformatting the system again and again is a good option. so, what i follow is that i have purchased the norton antivirus and installed on my PC and have kept the automatic updates on and have set the setting in my Norton to scan...

share_my_words Well personaaly sleeping it all depends what activity you have engaged yourself , coz if you are doing something which excites you or makes you feel great you will be fresh even after 2 hours of sleep coz you have internal happiness which boosts your energy...
