Tea or Coffee?

Which on do you drink or perfer to drink? I drink both but I really love tea, especially the Lipton Cirtus Green Tea. When I drink coffee, I drink Folgers Instant Decaf Coffee. But of course Tea is your most healthiest choice.

shibalyun i love greentea~ i heard its really good for your diet. i try to drink greentea 3 times a day~ it helps you go to the bathroom too~ the only time i would drink coffee is when i go to starbucks and thats about it.

shibalyun i used to wear heels but it got to a point where i started getting lazy and didnt want to wear heels anymore. i started wearing tennis shoes, and comfortable clothes. i gained weight. soo.. now, i stick to heels again!
