vinaykiran28 Yes i like bananas and i eat them daily. It depends on the size. If its normal in size i would eat more than 10. Eating banana keeps you fair and glow, i hope you are one.

deepali_04 hi, i agree with you that bananas have a huge content of Iron and a very healthy fruit. Especially for females.... we need that iron content.... Though i havent eaten as much as you have a craving for Bananas and the most that i have eaten is maybe 5 at one...

jazgottt hi shilpa. wow, 8 bananas is something unbelievable for me;). I eat usually 1 banana. Hardly ever I eat two bananas. Bananas are like eggs for me. I am able to eat only 2 at one time:). take care, jazgottt.

hezoid Only one, maybe two max if they are small. They count as two of your fruit & veg portions anyway, and are quite filling. I think if i ate 8 i would be sick, or at elast feel very sick!

gemini_rose I could not eat that many bananas in one go I would be sick! I can only ever eat one at a time, I think that they are quite filling as well so I would never be able to eat more than one at a time. I love them with custard though, I might be able to eat more...
