shishir1980 see no medicine i can advice u at the moment as medicines in migrane is only sedatives... which i will not advice you anytime... in my opinion you can practice relaxation exercise...

shishir1980 1.see as far as exercise is concerned you can start with yoga... 2.and avoid oily and fried food... 3.have tablet called ocid if u have problem of gas... 4.have food early in the evening then at the night... tell me if this helps...
