shishir1980 i dont know what is ur daily schedule but i can tell u if ur sleeping in the afternoons or taking a nap in afternoons, then stop that.
and if ur not taking that then do some exercise and u will feel tired and u will go to sleep easily as exercise releases...

sometimes you have to compromise with the situation...
