I have been smoking cigarettes since i was 16 years old. any suggestions on how to quit? i've tried cold turkey and that definitely didn't work for me

shivadony if u r a chain smoker thn u have to make it less by reducing 1 by 1 tht means if u somke 10 thn u smoke 5 like thn less ur smkin by takin your own time slowly slowy u make it less, thn i think u can stop smokin, just try to do it.
