shyagirl In my opinion, Yes it is a matter of decision. But i prefer the word "choice". It is we choose who we want to live forever or not. It depends upon the choice of the person. A choice that can give you reason to live happily or not.

shyagirl there is nothing wrong with indirect confrontation like as you said call a police. But the first thing a person should do is to talk them in a nicely manner, if they did not listen to you then you should complain them to your landlord or police.
