Anna I am not at all cheap, but I am frugal for sure. Cheap people are afraid to spend money, even if it's a need. Being frugal is having priority on how you intend to spend your money, so you can decide where you are going to spend.

lady Di that is a good idea. One tip i read is that to learn 5 words daily and use them in a sentence. You can also read novels, and if you find something hard, you can look it up in a dictionary
