sidneysoad How I boil eggs: I place the eggs in a large pot, fill with water just over the eggs, add a dash of salt and vinegar. Bring to a rolling boil, turn off heat, cover with lid, and set timer for 10 minutes. Then, remove from water and refrigerate.
