They say that there are tweaks present to change your IP address which has been set by default by your ISP(internet service provider).I did try some tweaks from ehow,about and microsoft.com forums but I was unable to change...

Sidoghosh I have used Avira and have faced the consequences for it ,I had a major trojan thanks to avira's update which downloaded virus during its update process.Avira Antivir also asks you to disable your windows defender..I mean why should I? its my backup defence.
