sierranicole24 It depends on the area. It is still legal in some places to talk on the phone. Unless a new law was passed recently, I think it is still legal in most of Pennsylvania for example.

sierranicole24 Have you tried ChaCha? I tried it earlier this year and made over $100 in a little over a month. Unfortunately they kicked me off for supposedly giving false answers, which i don't believe I did. They are legit and you do get paid.
