Sillygrl162 That's good to hear. It works trust me. You feel bad about your mistakes but once you realize that other ppl have made the same ones and if you learned from them then you will be just fine and life goes on!

Sillygrl162 I have tried once and I was successful for only about 3 months. It acutally takes the average smoker about 7 times to actually quit. That means actually quiting and starting up again 7 times!!!
