I've been trying to quit smoking since my father got PTB or Pulmonary Tuberculosis that made me scared and decided to quit smoking. But it seems very hard. Can you please help me find a way to STOP SMOKING?

SisterLove Its hard to stick to a exericse program that you dont like. The treadmill is great you put it right in front of tv and walk or run. Going to the gym can be a great benefit you meet people and then you can work out together which will be fun. Good luck!
