skipper149 I don't think spangles said you'll lose weight by building muscle. What happens is muscle is more metabolically active than fat. So if you have more muscle, your metabolism will be higher so you'll burn more energy, and as a result, you will lose more fat.

skipper149 Forgot to mention, water is a great thing, but coffee (black, no sugar) and green tea actually boost your metabolism and aid in weight loss.
