Which diet do yuo think is better, the low carb or the low fat? I recently read some articles advocating the low carb one as the better, but there are many opinions out there. Which one do you think is better and why?

skostov Thanks for the great comment! I will definitely start the low carb diet. I just needed to hear that from someone who actually did it, because I have read a lot for both diets advocating how good they are.

skostov I agree that we definitely need carbs, the issue is that we usually consume too much of them and the portions that we do not use as energy get converted to fat. On the other hand, if we take in less than we need, our body turns to fat for an energy source and...

skostov Way to go! These are great results. I myself am at 200 at 6'0" and I am trying to lose about 15 pounds. I just have to push myself and take this diet more seriously without letting go.
