Rape - what should be the punishment

I know over here in England, the government are looking at changing the punishments for rape. Leas than 10% of rapes are actually reported, this is due to over 85% of rape trails are failed to be seen as rape, as the judge sees...

slim22 If i had control over this situation all crimanals that have been caught doing this they should have there nut's cut off for doing this and if they try it a second time then life in prison (two strikes and your out)the law needs to quit letting men or woman...

slim22 My first car was a 1978 dodge aspen sedan with a slant6 under the hood it was called the brown bommer because it had a brown color on the interior and exterior , i only payed 500.00 for it.

I can't gain weight! HELP!

I can't gain any weight if my life depended on it. I'm 5'7 and 120lbs. That is my figure for the past 4 yrs. All i eat is fastfood and drink lots of soda. At one point of my life i went to Mcdonalds twice a day for a month...

slim22 I have to say if you want to gain weight go buy some muscle building protein at any g.n.c. store or at a store that sell's vitamin's and other kind's of health food products you will gain weight with this product for sure.
