Why some people are still promoting scam sites ?

I have seen many people still promoting the scam sites like bux.to, gagbux, A.W.Surveys and list goes on . These sites turned in to a scam long ago why they are still promoted by user, I think they might be promoted by new users...

smooch091784 People promote scam sites because they thought they can earn by working on the site. They're innocent. I've been there and it's no fun and no good. But in a way they this would be a good wake up call to not trust on online sites that will give you promises yet...
