soorajsrs7srs coconut water contains much pottassium which is very much essential for the daily lives. its 100% sterile. we can drink this oil during pregnancy .its safe to use. you can add this water to make curries. that will be more taste

soorajsrs7srs hello ALLKNOWING this oil has no side effects .so no need to worry about this. you just use it for one month instead of usual cooking oil. this oil will give you a special taste
