soumya53835 its a fault with your service provider though they are not going to accept it because it will affect their name and reputations. if u have a dsl box then it should be not the fault of yours. there is a fault with the connection at your service...

soumya53835 friend i am from india.i dont know where you are from.In India it is very much requireds to track down your order because the system of online purcasing is not o devoloped in India. moreover you need to knock your seller few times to get your order.
