spectrum42 I thought you were describing the way I do cucumbers... right up until the sour cream step. I use water instead and float the cucumbers in it with vinegar, salt, pepper and onion. I guess I'm doing the low-cal version of your tasty sounding dish. LOL

spectrum42 I have felt the same way about TV. Having a DVR can help since you can skip the commercials. I agree that there are way too many of them. If you skip them, an hour long show, usually takes about 40-45 minutes to watch.
